Program Structure

Eligibility
Low-income earners or first-time buyers with stable income can apply. Commitment to a two-year rent-to-own agreement is required.

Rent-to-Own Period
Pay affordable weekly or fortnightly rent for two years. A portion of your rent goes towards your future home deposit.

Transition to Purchase
After two years, your accumulated rent becomes your deposit. Pay a 10% fee, then enter a no-interest finance agreement.
